• 2 Tbsp Ground Masala
• 500 Gram Gobhi
The most effective method to Make Tandoori Gobhi
• Prepare Tandoori Masala:
• 1.First granulate Cloves, Cinnamon, Cardamom Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Nutmeg Powder, Dry Ginger Powder, Coriander Powder, Methi Seeds and Ajwain to set up a masala.
• Prepare Marinating Paste:
• 1.In a bowl include ginger garlic glue, Curd, Dry Roasted Besan, Oil, Red Chili Powder, Black Pepper Powder and Salt. Whisk completely.
• 2.Add the baked masala to the glue and whisk well.
• 3.Put the Gobhi into the bowl and completely coat it with the blend.
• 4.Marinate for 15 minutes.
• 5.After marination flame broil it for around 20-25 minutes at 220 degree C.
• 6.Serve Tandoori gobhi hot alongside green chutney.
Formula NOTES
You can decorate Gobhi with coriander leaves and sprinkle chaat masala over it for a superior taste.
