Achari Paneer Tikka Recipe

Your most loved nibble Paneer Tikka enhanced with tart flavors. Achar is essentially pickle which is regularly goes with Indian sustenance. This formula of Achari Paneer Tikka is a perfect canapé for a supper party or a social affair with loved ones. 

Elements Of Achari Paneer Tikka 

2 tsp Pickle sauce 

250 Gram Paneer (curds) 

1 tsp Coriander seeds 

1/4 tsp Fenugreek seeds (methi dana) 

1/2 tsp Onion seeds (Kalonji) 

1/4 Cup Hung curd 

1 tsp Ginger-garlic glue 

To taste Salt 

1/4 tsp Red bean stew powder 

1/4 tsp Garam masala powder 

1/4 tsp Mustard powder 

A squeeze of Turmeric powder 

2 Tbsp Oil 

A couple of sprigs Fresh mint (pudina) 

Step by step instructions to Make Achari Paneer Tikka 

1.Dry cook coriander seeds, fenugreek seeds, onion seeds till fragrant. Put aside to cool. 

2.Place draped curd in a bowl, include ginger-garlic glue, salt, red stew powder, garam masala powder, mustard powder, pickle sauce, turmeric powder and blend well. 

3.Crush the simmered flavors in a mortar with the pestle. Include a tad bit of the smashed flavors to the yogurt and blend well. 

4.Cut curds into 1 inch blocks and add to the curd blend and blend well with the goal that all the bungalow pieces are all around covered. Give them a chance to marinate for around 15 minutes. 

5.Heat oil in a non stick container. String the curds 3D squares onto satay sticks and place them in the skillet. 

6.Cook, pivoting the sticks, with the goal that the curds 3D squares get equitably cooked all around. 

7.Arrange them on a serving plate, decorate with mint sprig and serve hot.
