250 Ml Hung yogurt 

1 Tbsp Garlic paste 

1 Tbsp Ginger paste 

1 Tbsp Mustard oil 

2 Tbsp Fresh lime juice 

1 tsp Salt 

1/4 tsp Tandoori orange shading (discretionary) 

1/2 tsp Garam masala 

1/2 tsp Black pepper 

2 tsp Kashmiri red bean stew powder 

100 Gram Palak glue 

50 Gram Cream cheddar 

2 Green chillies , finely slashed 

100 Gram Paneer (cut into 3.5cm roundels in three clumps)

Step by step instructions to Make Kashmiri Palak Aur Malai Paneer Tikka 

1.Whisk the yogurt completely. 

2.Mix together every one of the fixings, in three clumps bunches 1-with bean stew, group 2 with palak and cluster 3 with cream cheddar, aside from paneer to make a fine smooth glue.
