Stuffed Malai Kofta Recipe

Potato and Paneer stuffed balls or koftas, dunked in heavenly and rich sauce named as Malai makes this flawless lunch or supper formula. It very well may be served at supper parties alongside Plain rice, Jeera rice or even Paranthas and Chapatis. 

Elements Of Stuffed Malai Kofta 

4 Potatoes, bubbled 

250 Gram Paneer, crushed 

2 Nos Green chillies, hacked 

1 1/2 Bunch Coriander leaves, hacked 

2 tsp Salt 

1 1/2 Cup Khoya 

Dry natural products 

Maida 

2 Nos Onions, hacked 

1 tsp Ginger-Garlic glue 

1/2 tsp Turmeric 

1 tsp Red stew powder 

1 Cup Tomato puree 

2 tsp Kasoori methi 

2 tsp Cashewnut glue 

1/2 Cup Khoya 

1/2 Cup Milk 

3 tsp Cream 

The most effective method to Make Stuffed Malai Kofta 

1.Take bubbled potatoes in a bowl, include paneer pursued by green chillies, coriander leaves, a teaspoon salt and some khoya to it. 

2.Mash the fixings altogether to make a thick glue. 

3.Take little segments of the blend to make wads of it and stuff dry natural products inside. 

4.Now take some maida and roll the stuffed balls in it. 

5.In a wok loaded with oil, profound broil the stuffed balls till brilliant dark colored. 

6.Now saute hacked onion in a dish, include ginger-garlic glue, salt, turmeric and red bean stew powder. Blend for some time.
