Elements Of Sabudana Seekh Kabab
• 2 glasses bubbled and pureed potatoes
• 1 glass splashed delicate sabudana (sago)
• 5 Tbsp groundnut powder, simmered
• 2 tsp curd
• 4-5 red bean stew, finely hacked
• 2 Tbsp rajgira flour
• Salt, to taste
• 1/2 tsp sugar (discretionary)
• Oil or ghee
• 1/2 glass hacked coriander leaves (discretionary)
Step by step instructions to Make Sabudana Seekh Kabab
• 1.Add bubbled and pureed potatoes together with sabudana.
• 2.Mix with simmered groundnut powder, curd, finely hacked red stew, cleaved coriander leaves, rajgira flour, salt and a spot of sugar.
• 3.Knead gently to frame delicate batter.
• 4.Add the mixture onto the sticks or seekh and flame broil at high warmth.
• 5.Brush over with ghee. Cook until equally seared.
• 6.Serve hot with any chutney.
