Sabudana Seekh Kabab Recipe

Give customary kebabs a contort with an expansion of sabudana. Simple to make and an outright group pleaser, these kebabs will make your night party an amazing hit. 

Elements Of Sabudana Seekh Kabab 

2 glasses bubbled and pureed potatoes 

1 glass splashed delicate sabudana (sago) 

5 Tbsp groundnut powder, simmered 

2 tsp curd 

4-5 red bean stew, finely hacked 

2 Tbsp rajgira flour 

Salt, to taste 

1/2 tsp sugar (discretionary) 

Oil or ghee 

1/2 glass hacked coriander leaves (discretionary) 

Step by step instructions to Make Sabudana Seekh Kabab 

1.Add bubbled and pureed potatoes together with sabudana. 

2.Mix with simmered groundnut powder, curd, finely hacked red stew, cleaved coriander leaves, rajgira flour, salt and a spot of sugar. 

3.Knead gently to frame delicate batter. 

4.Add the mixture onto the sticks or seekh and flame broil at high warmth. 

5.Brush over with ghee. Cook until equally seared. 

6.Serve hot with any chutney.
