Paneer bhurji is a famous North Indian formula produced using disintegrated paneer. This formula of Paneer Bhurji is without onion and garlic and is made with natively constructed Paneer. Bhurji fundamentally alludes to mixed, so the paneer here is mixed. The entire dish is sauted with tomatoes and flavors to which the disintegrated paneer is included. It is a fast formula which is best served hot with some bread or rolls, roti or paranthas. It very well may be served either as an informal breakfast dish or a side dish at a lunch/supper party.

1 Liter Milk, full cream 



1/2 tsp Citric Acid 



4 Tomatoes 



3 Green Chillies 



1 tsp Ginger 



2 tsp Oil 



1 tsp Salt 



1 tsp Haldi 



1 tsp Coriander Powder 



1 tsp Cumin Powder 



1 tsp Red Chili Powder 



3 Tbsp Paneer, ground 



1 Coriander Leaves 



1 Kasuri Methi 



A squeeze of Garam Masala 



Step by step instructions to Make Paneer Bhurji (No Onion, No Garlic) 



1.Take the milk in a bowl, include citrus extract and warmth it. 



2.After a while, empty the water from the bowl in a dish and separate the paneer in a strainer. 



3.Now take tomatoes, green bean stew and cleaved ginger in a processor and crush the fixings. 



4.Now take some oil in a skillet, add the tomato glue to it. 



5.Saute it till it turns red, and include salt, haldi, coriander powder, cumin powder and red bean stew powder. 



6.Mix every one of the fixings together and include paneer. 



7.Whisk the paneer with the masala completely. 



8.Add coriander leaves, kasuri methi and the paneer water. 



9.Saute the blend well and convey to bubble. 



10.Add a touch of garam masala and blend. 



11.Serve hot with the embellishing of green chillies.
