Paneer Pav Bhaji Recipe - Wholesome Weeknight Dinner

The Paneer Pav Bhaji is a delectable one pot dish that you can have for a quick weeknight dinner. The addition of paneer in the Pav Bhaji along with lots of vegetables all cooked into a pressure cooker, makes this Pav bhaji one pot, easy to cook and wholesome.

The highlight of this Pav bhaji is that we are using a Nutralite Classic spread to cook the Paneer Pav bhaji masala and Nutralite Garlic & Oregano to toast the Pav buns. The Nutralite Garlic & Oregano Spread not just brings in a lot of flavour into the paneer pav bhaji, but is also enriched with vitamins and low in saturated fats.
